My Facebook Account was disabled. Can you help me get it back?

I put in my high school and it said that after 60 days of not completing the afflication my account was disabled. I don't know what I did wrong and I just want my Facebook back. In fact, I don't even know what an afflication is. I really want it back and anyways, I don't know what I have done wrong. Oh and, is this a permanant disable? HELP!
