...at the babysitter any tips?
The babysitter is watching other kids so he isn't her only priority. He will just start scream crying and doesn't stop unless someone picks him up or starts playing with him. This evening she said he did it for 45 mins until she just picked him up and he was fine. Its just a new phase that he has come into but its frustrating and stressful. I was just hoping there was someway to break him of it so she doesn't go crazy.

my son is 14 wks old your baby might have colic or just feel unsettled try walking him around and resting him on your shoulder and patting his back.sometimes they just need to be held and try not to let it panic you because i used to and they can sense it and it just makes them worse -hope this helps i know its hard sometimes to know what to do for the best.

is he active? if it's not gas/colic he may simply be bored. my son was the same way, but now that he's crawling & can sit up he's MUCH better. i think it's just a normal phase

Hold him. Swaddle, pacifier, swing, white noise. Rock him back and forth in a stroller. Bounce him in a bouncer. Get a baby carrier and carry him around in that.

It's just that age. It passes.

perhaps he has gas, needs more contact... needs a diet change...
