My friend downloaded a film from BitTorrent and he cant seem to play it any ideas ? Does he need another piece of software or is there another problem? Any help would be good thanks need answer ASAP please !

Most videos are compressed, audio and video. So most of the time you can hear the audio but no video. To fix this, you can download DivX or a codec pack called K-Lite Basic.
