My friend hooked up with a celebrity and snapped a nude, where/how can he sell

this photo? My friend goes to Brown University and hooked up with a certain celebrity who attends there and afterwards was able to snap a picture of her with a towel half on, where would he go about finding an outlet to sell this picture to the media/tabloids?
 
I highly doubt that She would do that, she's not that type of person, im sure she would know who she is sleeping with and if he is the type of person to take pictures.
I don't think this is true.
 
well without your friends consent of selling those photos he mite get sued and jail time,
