my friend jail broke my itouch, but how do I get the software.?

My friend jail broke my itouch, but my computer has been messed up and was just fixed today.

How can i get the jailbreaking software or firmware, and installing my itouch with it, without re jail breaking and deletting my current apps and themes from cydia?

Once an ipod/iphone/ itouch has been jailbroken, running a jailbreak just boots it up or crashes it (occasionally).

When you download the firmware, just click update to save your apps but warning WHEN YOU UPDATE YOU WILL LOSE CYDIA and anything else that's not supposed to be there.. Download your version from here
