My friend just told me that she has been raped four times (different people as well), with the latest incident occurring a little over six months ago. She always tries to justify the rapists' actions (could this be Stockholm's?). She's also terrified of the dark.
All I want to put the bastards who violated her behind bars until they grow old and decrepit (this being second only to wanting to cut off all of their Johnsons so they can never stick them anywhere again). I, unfortunately, am confused on how to accomplish this, being that I am not knowledgeable in the laws on rape (this may also be statutory rape in one or two of the cases). All of the incidences have
occurred in Colorado. Could someone help me with any legal ways of handling this?
My friend (the victim) does not seem to inclined to stop the rapists from raping again, so an in-court testimony is not very likely. Could an outside-of-court recording be used (audio or video)?
