...untitled...more info? He had a virus attack with trojans, he scaned with avg, now his internet stopped working, when he starts up his computer it takes a long time, any ideas? remeber he can't go on the internet... it says untitled.... he called his internet company.. and he said they were retarded, they said "it was probably your virus attack, get a new computer."
 
If you use AVG keep it as it is.If you use Internet Explorer 6-8.UNINSTALL it.And again re install it.make sure you have the IE 6-8 with you with install exe.
 
It could be anything. May be AVG deleted a file that needs to run the internet like a driver file. You need to take it to a specialist.
