surgical enhancement is your only option. the gimmicks on tv are just that gimmicks. if your girl is unsatisfied , maybe she should go to the local toy shop find herself a suitable toy, and she can ride the plastic for a long while. She isn't worth it dude. Get your stuff and head for the door, dont look back because she isn't looking for you.

try that stuff on t.v....male enhancers...or you can try differnt things in bed, like foreplay ect...to ge her not to think of it....?
