My girlfriend and I haven't had sex..but she's pregnant..?

So, Me and my girlfriend have been together for a year. And she says she's a virgin, but I found a pregnancy test that read positive in the bathroom of our apartment. I've noticed my bestfriend and her getting closer, to the point that it's severe flirting. I went away about 2 months ago, and she told me she hung out with my bestfriend, i'm kinda worried that they hooked up. because the test says she's pregnant, and i've noticed the vommiting. she says it's just a bug, but i have read up about the symptoms of pregnancy and she has all of them (pretty much.) i don't know what to do, i have a feeling that it may be my bestfriends child. HELP ME.
 
Is this a real question cause this sounds like some Glee sh*t, why is she doing your best mate but wont have sex with you? why dont you just tell her you saw her test. obviously the baby is not yours so why stay with her?
 
She won't be able to hide it forever...did you confront her about the test? I'd ask her what it was doing there and if she says its not hers buy a test and tell her to take it to prove you wrong. If she's not pregnant she's got some explaining to do about the flirting anyway.
 
Are there other women in your house? If not its hers shes pregnant and its your friends. Sorry shes cheating on you.
 
Sorry to say but you maybe right.......she cant hide it forever...maybe you should say you found the test
 
It doesn't much matter if it's your friend's baby or not - the truth of the matter is she's pregnant and it's not yours.

Confront her about the test.
 
You two have an apartment but are not having sex? Anyway, she won't be able to hide a pregnancy for long. Time will tell..
