really a gay guy? She and I have been dating a few months, and we've been intimate. She's pre-op, meaning she still has male genitalia. I'm not gay though since she is a woman or at least that's what she says. How can I tell if she's a woman stuck in a man's body or if she's really a gay guy pretending because he likes me? I don't wanna be gay or in a gay relationship so I really got to know.

Any help is appreciated.
 
If she's got manbits den "she's" a man, and so are you (i assume) which means you're both gay.

Does it matter? Fact is, you're with her because you like her. If she was lying to you would you really dump him because he's a guy? Truth is, she's the same peron you're in a relationship with so you like her regardless. Oh and you should respect how she feels more.
