Me and my gf recently got into a fight 2days ago and her hand broke because she fell.WE got into the fight because she tried to leave to florida with my son for good and he's only 6 months(we live in wisconsin and i'm 16 and she's 17) i had court the day after that and we got half half custody but nobody can leave with the baby outta state without one of us signing something.(were broken up) but today she came to my house with the baby and said she needed to talk she said she asked me if she can go to florida with my son to have surgery over there and recover over there for 6 weeks and then come back. i signed something so if she ddoesn'tcome back i can call the police and there will be a wwarrantout for her arrest. i have her on video tape writing it and saying it. Do you guys think she will really come back?(she says she loves me and she'll come back) but the reason we have been fighting anyways cuz' i don't trust her cuz' her mother doesn't like me and always ttr yinto convince her to leave me and stay in florida. Should i trust her and let her go?

Danny, Let me ask a couple of questions. Is she nursing the baby? If she is can you do it if she goes to Florida and leaves the baby with you? Are you supporting her and the baby? If not who is? What does she need surgery for? You have fathered a child, it is not a play toy. Be responsible and when you are considering what should be done always ask yourself what is in the best interest of the child. That is what you should do. Good luck.
