my hydraulics on my citroen xantia are not rising at the rear end?

when i start my car, the front goes up no problem, but the back end is ether very slow to or doesn't rise a tall, i have to use the lever in the car to raise it up yo full then to the normal driving postion, any help would be great. thanks.
 
this is a problem with the spheres they will need changing, a job for a garage as special tools are needed
