my i130 form has been submited from my parents.now i want to go to united stated on a non immigrant visa...will the embassy will give and permit me to enter into united states..whats the the law regarding it?
If your already have one of those visa yes if not no they well not issue you one at the time of the interview they well void any visa's you have to enter the U S
