My internet connection drops whenever I close or stop my BITTORRENT/?

It happened a few weeks ago. Now everytime I turn on my PC, it will not automatically connect to the internet unless I launch my BITTORRENT. And also, it drops my internet connection when I close or stop bittorrent. I am using GLOBE WIRELESS BROADBAND here in the Philippines. Any help guys ?

P.S. I did virus and spyware scan and nothing was found.
