my internet connection is running reall slow?

ok so i just rebooted my computer 2 days ago and reinstalled all the necessary programs i need. now i know i did not download any other junk..... so my firefox has been running great ever since but its running really really slow... idk what seems to be the problem? i tried internet explorer and safari but there even more slow? any help please??
