My Internet Speed ok?

ok i have a 1 Mb internet connection i went to www.speedtest.net and my download rate is 878 down and 103 up but when i download something off the web from any website my max download rate is 107 KB/sec i just to to know if that's normal

107 KB/sec isn't bad at all, the download rate isn't just your internet, if you're downloading from someone else using the internet (Lime-Wire, or bit-torrent apps) then it also depends on the other person's internet.
 
You can call the service provider and inform about this problem immediately...You can also reset the Modem and then try using the Internet ...Install the Latest Browsers like Opera,Google Chrome,Mozilla Firefox Latest versions..This helps to browse fast..Also install the anti-virus software.Enable Firewall protection.This manual tips helps to increase the speed...You can check the internet speed at Scanmyspeed.com before and after using the Tips so you can know the difference.
