My internet thinks I'm from Canada. What gives?

I live in Wisconsin.

Whenever I go to websites, my internet declares me to be Canadian! I am defaulted to: YouTubeCANADA, YahooAnswersCANADA, MyspaceCANADA, etc



Why is this?
How can I fix it?

maybe you are connecting to internet from a canadian service provider?

how to check it?
go to www.whatismyip.com and check yor ip number.

when you find your ip number,
go to www.ip2location.com and enter your ip number there.
it will tell you where you are actually connecting to the internet from. thanks.

There is a similar ip search site called IP-Details.com to check our External ip address. Here it display IP address, ISP, Location, Country and so on,...
