My iPad 2 not loading pages!!!?

Hey guys I have an iPad 2 3G 32gb firmware 4.3.3 and I do have it jailbroken and my iPad has not been wanting to load the pages or YouTube ever since I install a tweak from cydia named iphoneitipad. I removed the tweak and it's still not loading I've reset my iPad I've turn it off I also reseted the network I've turn it to airplane mode, I've turn off my 3G and tried it on edge and it still does not load pages I've taken it to att and put a new sim card and still it does not work and yes I've sync it with iTunes and it still does not work the only thing I have not done is restore and I do not want to because I will lose my jailbreak and there's no way to getting it back since my dumbass did not save my shsh to cydia. So please if you guys know anything I could to to fix this let me know. Oh and when I load the page it says safari could not open the page because server stopped responding.
