okay well i synced this other ipod to my computer which was kind of half broken , like the screen didnt work but when i connected it to my computer all the music came on, that was about 1 month ago okay. i tried to put my ipod on my itunes just then and the computer doesnt recognise it, it doesnt react at all to the ipod, and i thought it might have been the usb port or the cord but i put the other half broken one in and it worked again and i put my one which is working fine in and it didnt come up.
what can i do so that my computer recognises my one and so i can sync my itunes to my ipod.
and i've tried restarting my ipod and i downloaded the new itunes. none of these have solved the problem
