my itouch is in dfu mode HELP?

my ipod touch 2g is in dfu mode also i watch videos (youtube and more) on how to get out of DFI mode but nun helped, the problem is when i hold the home button and the power button for 10sec or add 8 sec on home button it leads my ipod to nothing but loading with the apple sine then black scrin and loading with the apple sine doing so until it gets flat. please help.
