My Java isnt working?

I am trying to complete an online typing assesment. It isnt alowing me to open the page and this is what it is saying.Unable to use JavaYour security settings prevent Java applets from loading or you do not have Java installed. To set the proper security preferences in Internet Explorer, click on Tools > Internet Options and click on the Security tab. Select the Internet zone and click on the Default Level button and click OK. If you do not have Java installed, you can download the latest version of Java from Java.com I have done all of that. I have the latest version of Java, I have also checked my internet options. I also disabled all of my firewall and security setting from Norton. I have internet explorer 7
 
You can start over by removing Java in your add and remove programs, Yes? 1st. Remove Java their, 2. Restart your PC, 3. Go back online and 4. download Java again, 5. Restart PC and you should be set!
 
make sure it is enabled in add ons ...tools>manage add ons 1st if it is then dl the new version but remove old version 1st or any othrs u have in add remove as the r security riskshttp://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jspgo 2 java runtime environmesnt 6 update 5
