textin...what do i do? i already took it in once because of that and it was turning off. and now i just got a new one yesterday cus i guess they couldnt fix it but like now this ones doing it to, but only freezen up not shutting off.
take it back. if you just bought it yesterday you should return it. if you dont want to tho, take out the battery for a few mins, turn it off every once in a while. people leave there phones on all the time and they can get delayed so doing this usually helps
