My kitty keeps getting acne on her chin.... help!?

She had it when she was a baby. We saw two vets and they gave us some stuff to use, but it never seemed to go away 100%. Now it's back really bad and we don't know what to do. We don't use plastic bowls, and the vet said that doesn't matter anyway. Any ideas?
 
Have you tried Monostat 7? Oh I'm sorry I thoughgt you were
metaphorically speaking!
