I have a refurbished Toshiba Satellite laptop, when the Ethernet cable is inserted, it lights up and the yellow light blinks. I am also borrowing a Trendnet Router at the moment and I get my internet connection from that but I need to return it soon. I have no idea why my laptop will not detect the Ethernet cable, much appreciation.
