My laptop suddenly restarted?

I was just on the web and MS word and then this error message appeared and before i can even read it my laptop restarted.

Is there any ideas what the problem might be?

on alot of websites there's worms n that so your computer probably restarted itself to pretect ur system. also if u have it set to update automaticaly then may be it to
