My LG Cookie on O2 won't send/receive picture messages?

I used to be on a different network, and it worked perfectly fine. But when I switched to O2, i've been unable to send or receive MMS. How come? What can I do to make it work again?

Send a txt msg saying ACTIVE to 2020 for the 02 settings ;-)
