My LG Optimus S wont charge, it just keeps restarting itself?

Is there any way to fix this and get it to actually charge? I got the phone in May, so it's not too terribly old. It died the other night and when I went to plug it in, instead of charging, it just keeps restarting itself over and over and over again. I have no idea why it's doing this, it's done this once before but I don't know how I fixed the problem. Any help would be great.
 
Frnd,I think it may s/w pblem or any. ..check it out in u r near by LGcustomer centre.definitely you can get this.
