My LG Voyager will not vibrate.?

When i get a text message theres no vibration. When i get a phone call theres no vibration. When i turn my phone off and on theres no vibration. And even when i touch the touch screen theres no vibration. Can anyone help me please??
Yes it is on vibrate.
 
Put the phone on vibrate mode and while it is turning off, smack the screen gently. It worked for me. I think the vibrator motor was stuck. Good Luck!
