my little sister can open a jar with her hand but i cant....?

Am alot stronger than her and i can easily beat her in arm wrestling etc...but how come she can open a stuck jar and i cant????
is it because i have small hands???
 
its all about grip and manouverability... really! did u know u can win an arm wrestle by using none but your wrist? really its so neat.
 
SAME AS ME!
I am 16 and my little brother who is 11 can open jars better than me.
I'm not weak, I'm really strong!
I think it's something in our wrists which is a bit weaker or something :(
