Whenever I press the eject button, I can hear it make the noise of when it ejects it but it just stays in! I stuck a piece of paper in the slot and it came out with black stuff on it. Is that normal? It usually does this but ejects after a while. This time the disc wont budge! Its also a rented movie so i don't want to never get it back! Please help
