My maltese is eating it's foot off and walking funny now!?!?

Over dramatizing, of course. But want you to read this.

My almost three month puppy from korea is
1- has one blue eye, one brown.
2- recently been stratching his ear off.
3- been chewing all over, and now starting to chew on his behind foot and is walking very limp-awkward now.

What's going on? :(

And he never looks up when I clap lightly. But the vets said he was fine.
(the vets only said his eyes are okay) just noticed those other things now.
 
My dog had the same exact problem, so we took him to the vet. he had 2 torn ligaments in his knee and they told him not to go on walks for 2 weeks and to not jump high distances such as my bed. he was scratching his paw and licking it (different paw than the one that was hurt) and they gave him allergy medicen. you should ask your vet about his ear, and we give our dog this flee medicen once a month that is super strong and keeps any bug off him. Maybe even try a new vet and see what they say. if the limp seems bad enough, dont take her on a walk hope this helped
