My husband is military and left my son and I stranded in another state. I've got no car and only 50 bucks on me. I need advise on what to do he said I couldn't touch our bank account even though it's joint he said he would sue me. If I decided to head back to our house on base and my name is on the lease. Can I stay there for awhile while I get my stuff packed up or can he kick me out?
