My MMS won't work on my ROGERS carrier iPhone...How can I activate it?

In my messaging box it has a little camera, and I can put a picture in my message but right before it's about to send it won't send. HELP PLEASE!

My carrier is ROGERS, I therefore live in CANADA.
My iPhone is an 8GB.
