touch-screen.? It works beautifully when I'm using it, but the moment I stop it gets a fuzzy screen and takes ages to get going again, longer and longer, maybe even several restarts. Could it be the cold weather? Any tips? I'm thinking of saving my data to a computer and returning it to factory settings... This happened before and was totally solved by a software update, but now I have the latest software version, I can't update it, or can I and how? Any ideas welcome... 
I would exchange it, but because the screen got a careless crack the day I got it, they're not going to cover me, and my contract still has almost a year to go.
