My Mobile Phone Says "File Attachment To Large"?

i made a special vid on my phone for my best friend that is leaving to South Australia =(
i really wanna send her the vid, but the phone says "File attachment to large"!
How can i fix this? please help ! please!
 
if you phone is capable get a mini sd card, save the file to the mini sd card and upload to your computer and said via email
