my mother passed away and i dont know what to do. im so broken?

i dont know how to cope. she was all i had , no father or anything. im only 15 and she was only 52. it was so sudden like she was fine one day and dead the next. today is exactly a week from the last time i talked to her before she had to go to the hospital. i dont know how to grieve and all i can do is cry. does anyone have anything ? i would appropriate it.

You are not alone. Know that. The first thing you need to do is find some support. There are grievance support groups usually found at local churches or hospices just find one out of the phone book and someone can direct you who to call. You need support, you need to talk about it and you need to process it all. This is the one of the most tramatic events you can go through in your lifetime and you do not need to be alone. Please find a group. They can help you get through this. I know it doesn't feel like it right now it is too soon. Everyday that goes by may not get easier but eventually you will have a good day then a bad day then a couple of good days and so on. You will always have days that you can't take but they will become fewer and farther between. You need support right now. I am so sorry for your loss, pml me if you need to talk.
