Okay it's done it before, like a while back but it only did it once or twice so I didn't think of it much. I've had this phone since March. Yesterday every time I tried to type it would shut down and I would turn it back on and I would have to use the on screen keyboard to type. I turned the phone off for a few hours to see if that would help but it did nothing. It is still turning off today. Has anyone else had this problem with a phone, and if so what did you do? Should I ask AT&T for help or just hope it fixes itself?
