My Motorola Razr won't charge past 2/3 bars. It will charge for 5 seconds before

thinking its full.?
I don't think its a battery problem. If I pull the charger out and put it back in, it will charge again for a few seconds before thinking its full.
 
Get a new battery for it, they don't last forever, you know.

Just open up the back of the phone, jot down the model number of the battery and either get one in a phone store, or go online and get one there, and when you put it in and charge your phone, it'll work like new.
