the phones not dead. it turns on but after the android screeen it just gos to a solid black screeen. ive taken the battery out and tried restartingg it and everything, nothing has workedd. and about the hard reset, explain where the reset button is, and what the right and left soft keys are. and my dad doesntt have insuance and he wont get me a new one, so PLEASEE SAVE MY PHONEEE!!!!!!! and i want to know if this is fixable without doing the resettt?!?!?!? please help me i realllyyyyy reaallllyyyy need this phonee. its my lifee. thanksss!!!!
