about two weeks ago i went to the beach and i forgot what i did but i accidently jerked my head. it hurt all day. Now it doesnt hurt when i stay still it only hurts if i shake my head left to right up and down. but if i move slowly it doesnt hurt. The pain is more towards the back of my neck. I am considering going to my dads chiropractor... Please help me!!
