My new acer aspire one will not connect to the internet.?

Last night it connected for about 5 minutes and now it won't connect to my wireless internet. My desktop connects just fine so its not the router.
 
It may still be the router, it could be the settings. If your connecting wirelessly you may have some interference, or it could be the router is constantly changing channels. The Wi-Fi part of routers change channels when they encounter connection problems to avoid interference from other routers, you may be able to set a single channel to prevent disconnection. You may still encounter slow speeds from time to time, but the connection errors should stop or be reduced dramatically.
