my no$gba emulator doesn't have the options Flash512bytes or EEPROM64bytes or...

...a savestate drop menu!? should i simply download a new (or as this case may have it [old] ) version of the no$gba?
i'm trying to emulate games such as chrono trigger and brain age 2 and i keep getting a message saying somthing like "data cannot be accessed please turn off etc..."
 
Not sure, but if it's a GBA emulator, what about Virtualboy Advance or TGB Dual? I prefer VBA but I use TGB Dual for the built in link cable emulation sort of thing.
