My no$gba has slowed down to a crawl. Anyone know why?

Ok well, yesterday night, I was playing it fine. It ran Pokemon Diamond at 95%, and other games at pretty much 100%. Today however, I turned it on to find the Pokemon Diamond running at 50%, and other games at 90% or below. Wtf happened? I haven't done anything to it in the past night besides turning it off. Anyone have any clue?
 
did u have Mozilla open or internet explorer?? if u did that's ur problem. i get the same thing.. u could only have the emulator on not have multiple services...
 
what is a no$gba? And on most things that are running slow, hows you're memory? I know on my cell phone it slows WAY down if I have too many text's saved. Try freeing up some space.
