my nokia 3230 error "App. closed Phone" on startup, then says to contact the

retailer, any help pls when i turned on my phone it displayed the error message. i dont know what to do. itried taking the sim and mmc card out but its still the same. i didnt install anything recently so im surprised that my phone says that an application closed my phone.
