my nokia 5200 has a sliding tone but how do i change it???

haha Ro your funny, anyways i have tried settings but i just cant seem to find option for the slide tone...?
somebody here with a nokia 5200?
 
somewhere it should say, um...the web or um....downloads.!! you go to that and then it should say search or ringers then just look at all the options..!!!!!!
