My Nokia 6300 memory card is showing 'Memory Card Not Formatted' please help?

I have a 2GB micro SD memory card in my nokia phone it had data of about 1 GB. my memory card was working well but suddenly it is not opening the messege i am getting is 'Memory Card Not Formatted' & my phone is asking to format the memory card. i cant format it as i have very IMPORTANT DATA in it I cant loose it I even tried to connect it to PC but on PC also it s not opening & giving the same message to format the card. now what ahould I do i cant afford to lose my data how can i save my data any ideas please help
 
If you have a micro slot in your Pc then stick it in. If not you may need to but and normal sized memory card thing that you can stick your micro sd card in and use the memory card slot. Then go to start. Computer. Your sd card should be there. ( one f the external ports ) click on it twice. Go select your data. Group it all and drag it to your desktop. Then format the card and put your data back on the card by dragging from the desktop to the sd card. Hope this helped.
