Hi Everyone, first i'm going to say that I'm only 13 and I got this phone as an early Christmas present so I can't take it to Nokia or whatever, and it was really expebsive so my dad will kill me if i've broken it because i've only had it for a month so please please help!
Ok so I tried to put a lock code on my phone, because i was bored. I did it, but then my brother put the code in wrong 3 times so it locked itself and asked for a PUK code. after a week i finally found the PUK code on the back of the sim today so i entered it and it was correct.then it asked me to put a new passcode so i put 260298, then it asked me to verify so i put 260298, but then it says "code error" and takes me back to where you have to enter the PUK code. i did this like 5 times with different codes, like 1234. 1311, and other random ones, but every time it says code error! someone please please please help because i need my phone!
