My PC wont donwload video files from my Nokia 6280?

I used to be able to download video files from my Nokia 6280 on my PC but after I re-installed my PC it doesn't work anymore. The files are 3gp. I want to upload video files onto youtube but cant now. The nokia 6280 accepts files FROM my PC but just wont SEND it to my PC.
