My PC won't recognize one of my DVD's?

Just bought a trilogy of DVD's to rip them, and I've ripped the first and second dvd, but when I insert the third DVD, my computer does absolutely nothing. No autoplay, no recognition, nothing. My ripping software recognizes the DVD but because my PC hasn't, the ripping doesn't even start.

All 3 DVD's are region-2, my DVD drive is also region 2, so what could possibly be preventing my PC from reading the disk?
