My PDA. USB problems.And contacts?

My PDA has problems being detected by my computer. It cannot be connected and recently, I just master-resetted it.
It is a Dopod 838pro.
What should i do to make it detectable??

And I want to transfer the contacts back to the PDA..how!!??
